The firm represents several studios, film funds, entertainment finance companies, an independent record company, film and television production companies, individual producers, directors and executive producers, and multi-media companies.

The Group also advises its clients on matters of entity selection, financing and capitalization, taxation, drafting and negotiation of complex documents and other matters related to the entertainment industry. In addition to handling industry-specific matters, the Entertainment Law Group often calls on attorneys in the firm's other practice sections, including the Intellectual Property Section which assists with copyright, trademark, licensing and other issues.
