Rosalind A. Tyner, Office Manager   

Rosalind A. Tyner is a graduate of Forest Park High School, Class of 1979. Ms. Tyner attended Catonsville Community College for continuing education in Business Administration. Her professional affiliations include Office Manager for the Law Office of Stancil and Rhines, Former Treasurer for the Courthouse Team Slate and Campaign Committee Member for Lisa Stancil for State’s Attorney in 2002. Ms. Tyner has been a Notary Public for the State of Maryland since 1981. Ms. Tyner is the Owner/Founder of Intrigue Sensations: Fashion Show & Events Coordinator, Designer, Model & Make-up Artist. Ms. Tyner is also the Owner/Founder of Tyner Enterprises Secretarial Service & Property Management. Football Team Mom for Northeast Youth Association 2002-2006. Member of the Board of Directors with MULBA (Maryland Unified Licensees Beverage Association) and is also a Certified Bartender.

Nicole Mitchell, Office Assistant

Nicole Mitchell is a graduate of Forest Park Senior High School, class of 2007. She has received her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix. Her goal is to become a juvenile probation officer. She is currently attending University of Maryland University College studying to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Crystal Harris, Office Assistant

Crystal is a graduate of the Baltimore City Career Academy class of 2001. At the BCCA she was a valuable member of the debate team. She attended Coppin State University. In 2009, she became an accredited billing coordinator. Her goal is to return to college to study criminal justice.

Jana White, Law Clerk

Jana is a 2005 graduate of Goucher College. While at Goucher, Jana participated in field hockey, basketball, and track. Prior to law school, Jana spent time working for Mentor4 and Toyota Financial Services. Jana received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2010. Jana complemented her legal studies with work as a Legal Intern with the Maryland Comptroller's Revenue Administration Division and a Student Attorney in the University of Baltimore's Tax Clinic. Additionally, Jana volunteered her time to the University of Baltimore's Center for Families, Children, and the Courts' Truancy Court Program, teaming with Maryland State Judges and Baltimore City Public Schools to eradicate Baltimore's truancy problem. Currently, Jana is pursuing a L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Devin Luqman, Law Clerk

Devin Luqman Is a rising second-year law student from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In December of 2009 he graduated from Towson University with a double major in Film Studies and Communication Studies. While in his undergraduate studies and shortly after, Devin was a DJ, and played for Bar-Mitzvahs, Homecomings and private parties. In his spare time, Devin likes to create music with using Ableton Live, play soccer, and hang out with his friends, including fellow GLG law clerk AJ Schaufler.

Albert Schaufler, Law Clerk

AJ is a second-year law student at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management. A New Jersey native, AJ now resides in Baltimore, MD, in the Mount Vernon area. Upon graduation, AJ will pursue a career in sports and entertainment law. He is currently the Vice-President of UB’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society. At the Mount, AJ played on the Division 1 Varsity lacrosse team. He now is heavily involved in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing, recently winning two North American Grappling Association tournaments.

Toney Dixon, Intern

Toney Dixon is a senior at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD where he is a Political Science major and a Speech Communication minor. As he strides toward matriculation in 2012, Toney plans to become a certified yoga instructor and then join the Peace Corps. Following graduation, Toney will look to pursue graduate studies in either law or wellness. He is a resident of Charles Village and he loves to enjoy nature, jogging, and music.
